SHIPPING
HOW LONG AFTER PLACING MY ORDER IS IT SHIPPED?
We generally ship all orders within 2 to 4 business days after their manufacturing at the factory. If you select expedited processing during checkout, we ship your order within 24 to 48 hours, depending on when the order was placed.
The nature of the products necessarily involves a manufacturing time that depends on the product and the complexity of the customization.
WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We ship all items via local carriers based on their availability. Our carriers are generally in Europe. For international shipments, your local carrier will handle the item and deliver it once it has entered your country.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ITEM TO ARRIVE?
Most jewelry is shipped from our factory in the USA or our factory located in Amsterdam. Some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs clearance.
United States - Within 2 to 5 business days
Canada - Within 4 to 10 business days
Western Europe - Within 5 to 15 business days
Australia/NZ - Within 5 to 15 business days
Rest of the world - Within 5 to 20 business days
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS DUTIES/TAXES?
We do everything possible to ensure your item arrives as quickly and easily as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
Due to changes in EU customs regulations, sales tax (VAT) may be charged upon delivery of your order. Check with your country's tax authorities to find out what fees apply for items shipped from the United States.
If any fees are charged by customs, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It is provided by Giftelly and covers you in case of loss, theft, or damage to the item during transport. To make a claim, contact our support team.
Please note that shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has been shipped.
